If I have a return, do I loose my points?
If you return or exchange your order, points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your balance. If you’ve already redeemed those points, your account will reflect a negative balance.
How do I check my point balance and history?
Log into your account page and click ‘REWARDS HISTORY.’
Do I have to be logged in to earn points?
Yes. You must be logged in to your account with the email address you signed up with for your points to be applied to your account
