OUR RETURN POLICY

14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. In unused and resellable items, or defective items. In the original packaging with all the tags intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Step One

LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

Click return, add order # & enter email or phone number

Step Two

BAG IT UP

Pack all the returned items, along with

  • The print-off of your confirmation of purchase email
  • A note specifying your RMA number securely in a box.

You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.


Step Three

DROP IT OFF

Go to the local post office, or another carrier, to ship the package.

Step Four

CONFIRMATION

You will get the update on the return page and email

FAQs

Does my return need to be approved?

Yes. Quality is our priority, and we will only sell items that are suitable to sell, therefor all returns need to meet the standards for selling.

What happens if I receive a damaged item?

First we apologize if we send out any damaged goods. If you do received a damaged items, send us a photo we will refund you immediately after receiving photo.

How do I get refunded?

You can get a full refund or store credit. Not if you choose store credit or a refund you get an additional 5% back added to your store credit.

What items are nonrefundable?
