Hi, I’m Benjamin Martin—former MMA fighter, pro boxing coach, and personal trainer. But before any of that, I was just a guy trying to figure out how to keep getting back up.
This brand was born out of every fight, every failure, every comeback. Because here’s what I’ve learned from a lifetime of training: Being broken isn’t the end. It’s the beginning.
Just like our muscles, we only grow stronger after we’ve been broken down. And life? It works the same way. It throws punches. It humbles you. But it also reveals something deeper—your inner strength.
I created BRKN for the ones in the grind. The 5AM warriors. The comeback stories. The ones leveling up in silence.
